FAQ2026-01-03T05:47:46+00:00
Does the $30 cost go towards my $750 liability?2025-12-08T18:28:20+00:00

No!  The $30 is the cost to participate in the program.

Can I decline the Program?2025-12-08T18:27:16+00:00

Yes!  It is entirely voluntary.

Do I still have to provide a credit card for the damage deposit?2025-12-08T18:26:43+00:00

Yes! If damage does occur we will run an authorization for $750.00 to cover your max potential liability.  When we evaluate the machine, the authorization will convert over to a charge to cover the actual amount, not to exceed $750.00.

How often does damage occur?2025-12-08T18:26:13+00:00

Damage does happen.  It is not regular or predictable, but it can get expensive quickly.

Is the driver or machine covered?2025-12-08T18:25:34+00:00

The program covers the machine, not the driver.

When do I have to decide by?2025-12-08T18:23:52+00:00

You can only purchase the program at the time of your reservation.  After the reservation is complete you may no longer purchase the program unless you call in 24 hours prior to your tour.

Can I purchase it for only some of the machines in my reservation?2025-12-08T18:23:04+00:00

Yes. However, for each damage deposit provided, all of the machines covered by that damage deposit must either purchase the program or not.

What if someone else were to hit my machine and cause damage?2025-12-08T18:21:18+00:00

The person who caused the damage to your machine is responsible for the total cost of repair.

How much is a snowmobile if I totaled it?2025-12-08T18:19:57+00:00

Every machine is different, but replacement cost can exceed $10,000.00.

So I have to pay the first $750.00 of any damage?2025-12-08T18:16:47+00:00

Yes.  The program covers physical damage over $750.00.
